Improving The Environment

The world has long been a tendency to decrease production costs and increase profits through re-use of exported and recycled garbage. Moscow, Moscow region as indeed, the whole of Russia is working on a obsolete equipment, either on the modern imported equipment with an already thought-out process chain. Worldwide manufacturing companies are moving to the environmental management of their technology and logistics processes. We give examples of American companies. Employees of a major American furniture company in 2007 carried more than 1200 improvements. The greatest number were in the optimization transportation costs, reduced energy consumption, to improve the process (reducing the amount of wasted materials while reducing the value added to the final product). In 2008, was submitted to another 900 ideas and 92 per cent of these ideas were implemented. Perfecting the technological process, significantly reduced the rent by refusing to between 120 and 24 foot containers and reduce the burden on the rest container.

The company also reduced the volume of exported and utilized waste by 178 tons in 2007 and 303 tons in 2008. Wood crusher has helped make better use of wood waste, turning them into fuel for the boilers, which led to reduction in fuel costs – saving 450,000 dollars. The introduction of programs for recycling and reuse of material flows as cardboard, cloth, leather, plastic, aluminum cans, plastics bottles, paper, metal. And obsolete electronic equipment, fluorescent lamps, batteries, pallets, packing materials, tool kits, foam and equipment containing mercury. Thanks to these effective environmental programs in the crisis has not closed any plant of the company, there were no layoffs, but rather the labor force grew by an average of 30 employees annually.

And officials have increased premiums. There is another exponential company. The company is engaged in textile production and manufacture of upholstery, bedding, draperies for hotels and manufacturers of furniture and cruise ships. This privately owned family company since 2002 made the idea of saving the planet and its resources a top priority. Since 2007, after several years of research, the company began to produce new tissue that re-examining all the environmental standards in the interiors. These new fabrics made from synthetic yarns derived from processing waste (the bulk of household garbage). These modern fabrics are 100 percent composed of recycled household waste. These fabrics are unique and suitable for reuse, thus, is recycling. As practice shows, the life cycle is short enough fabric. In fact, the hotels replace their trim every five – seven years and has not yet been modern fabrics, they dispose of used bedding every 18-24 months. Now, decorative textiles, upholstery, drapery, bedding, shower curtains, etc. garbage is not taken to the disposal at landfills. It has become quite profitable hotels because Suppliers pick up the materials and supply new ones with additional discounts, thus making a contribution to environmental protection environment.
